Anyone had problems getting this lady to return an email-have sent 4 all very polite over a 2 week period and no response!

If you mean Sierra of LV, are you JT?  Well I talked to her tonight and she says she has been receiving emails from an addy "jt-something-something" (not the actual email addy) and she has been responding, but that she can tell from your emails that you are not getting hers in return.  If this is you, maybe there is a problem with your email addy?  Try sending from another account.
