I`ve been a member on and off for several years now. I`m not sure if this is the right place for this question. I`m a 48year old out of shape workaholic who just had a freak golf injury. I tore, strained and who knows what else my groin, thigh and back a week ago. I`m surviving on muscle relaxants and pain killers.
