Birthday Week Suggestions ....??

Hey Ladies/Gents.. i am going to hit big 40 and want to celebrate it in Vegas March 12 & 13th..

i am looking for lady or ladies who are

a. multilingual .. greek speaking is a plus..
b. willing to do doubles

any suggestions? i have read the reviews but you know what they say.. it is  vegas and what happens in vegas stays in vegas .. so there aren't that many details out there helping me with the selection process.
