Have been in and out of LV a number of times and only a couple of times have I been approached by a lady looking for "fun".

Last time in town I was playing poker at PH until about 2 am.  By the time I walked through PH, across the street, and through the Cosmo to my room I was approached by 4 different women who were very obvious in what they wanted.  I said my family was in my room and they quickly walked away.

Was this just an abnormality or how things are headed?

Seems like it to me. I think part of it has to do with the casinos being proactive about keeping them from hanging out on their property. Used to be some casino bars that would always have working girls sitting there that now never do. I see some girls hanging out at slots waiting for the next call or trying to catch someone's eye, but they are sly about it.

Back then you could still cross the strip any place you wanted to.  I had just stepped out of my hotel's front door and was crossing the street to go to Caesars Palace and an 18-year-old blond who would have been homecoming queen or head cheerleader at any school in the country walked up to me in a beautiful white dress, almost a gown, and asked if I wanted to go on a quick date to my room.  Back then I didn't hobby and I (being young and dumb and fairly broke) told her I didn't want to pay for it and smiled and went on.  I regret that answer to this day.  The girl was gorgeous.  That is what the girls on the strip (at least some of them) used to look like....
