Anyone have intel if most of the k-girl agencies, or any type of agencies, send girls to the Cosmolitan for outcalls? I’ve stayed at other hotels with no issues but this will be my first at the cosmo.  

Do they have security guards at the elevators or just the room key to access the floor?

Not sure about the agency’s. Just keycard to get to your floor.

I have had K agency (LVGF & LT) ) provide outcalls to the Cosmo. The procedure for both was that the booker gave me a 5 minute heads-up to head downstairs and then a description of clothing upon arrival and we met just inside the lobby and headed up. The elevators are key carded so this is necessary - but never any issues. Enjoy.
