I'm trying to decide if this provider is legit.  She has one review (that might be too good to be true) from reviewer with only one review.  I ran her number and images and they all checked out so hopefully she is real.

Go for it man! TOFFT! You can write her second review! All ladies start with only one review. Just be sure to come back and report good or bad. If you have the balls and the wallet to tofft, this is the gambling city after all.

1.  The review itself is remarkably lacking in detail.

2.  The CityVibe ad that is linked in the profile lists a web site for this provider.  However, when you click on the link to this web site, you get a 404 error, which would seem to indicate that such a web site does not exist.  Although, judging by the page that the link goes to, it appears that the domain name has been registered.  

One other thing.  You mention that you "ran her number and images and they all checked out."  Always remember: the absence for negative information does not equal the presence of positive information.

Did you google the phone number? It comes up listed as a California landline number which is odd because the ad says she is a local Vegas based girl.

I would be tempted to meet her at the bar first. I got taken in January even though I thought I had done all my research.

A public place then in your room. If your second guessing her realness then just meet her at a coffee shop or bar in the casino and if she isn't the girl that shows up you can say thanks but no thanks and walk away.
Now if she comes to your room its not that easy.

The same question was asked in March. I swear that that first pic looks like a girl from AZ.

If she's fake, then where did the pics come from?  They are clearly professionally done so if she stole them from somewhere, they should come up in a search, right?

I pm'ed the reviewer (with some leading questions, not 'are you real') but haven't heard back yet.

I would def meet her at the bar.  Don't most casino hotels require a key (to get past security) to get on the elevators?  I thought I would meet any provider downstairs first.

Just curious but how did you get taken?  Did a different girl show up and you went through with it or did she take the money and run?

You're flirting with dynamite here, and worrying about why they paid a lot for matches.  If you can't figure the business model behind paying a model for a photo shoot, getting a signed release and using her pictures in a fake ad to lure in saps, then you are likely to be one of the saps.  Try all you want to understand, but in the end you should start with the reviews and pick someone from that list who tickles your fancy.  Starting with the pictures is more fun, but it ends badly.
