Make a trip to Zion National Park while you're there!

St. George is about a 2 hour drive from Las Vegas.  Your best bet would be to make arrangements with a Las Vegas provider, for an extended appointment, that is, longer than an hour to make it worth the drive.  Then, advance her a portion of the donation for gas and "good faith" money.

This type of arrangement may be possible because there are few conventions in Las Vegas during the summer and business may slow down for some girls.  It wouldn't hurt to ask.

And, by the way, I lived in Utah for 9 years and have been to St. George several times (my hang-out was Poncho and Lefty's Mexican Restaurant).  It's a great state in a lot of ways, but it's not the place to go to "hobby."
