That is terrible....RIP

I knew he was sick just mentioned him recently on the news that he was not in good health.
But that is terrible to hear he passed.

Such a talented man who has provided so much good music through the many years he was an artist.
And even though he was such a well-known celebrity a really nice guy.

Yes it is sad that the thrill is gone!!

I always used to make fun of his name as "bare-back king" but he grew on me since then and got to enjoy his blues music.

I saw this man in Hawaii a long time ago after returning from Southeast Asia.  He was preceded on stage by someone I can't really remember now but who was a very hyper, good but hyper.  And then came the smooth cool of B.B. King's magical blues. The healing power of his music and other blues artists began for me.  Will never forget it and will always be thankful for blues in my life.

Saw him perform live twice, once in NYC at Avery Fisher Hall, the other at the Saratoga Jazz Festival.   Ah, the memories...

RIP, BB.  I'm sure they're having a great concert tonight in a better place...
