It sounds like you may not be aware that prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas, and the whole county. If that fantasy is important to you, you might consider making your hotel about 50 miles out of Vegas and get a room at the hotel at Sheri's Ranch one county over.
Dancing (theres a shiney pole in the bar) and providers right there at your hotel.
If you can get her over the fact that she's risking her work card, you can probably get a dancer to go back to your room, at the end of her shift (4AM or later?), for around $1000 for the first pop within 30 minutes (and you better have condoms).
Its pretty common at most any club, notwithstanding what others may say. While getting a lap dance ask the girl if she does private shows. If the girl is willing to go back to your hotel she will take it from there. Rates can vary from $200 - whatever. Some experiences will be better than others. Works best if you seem to click with the dancer. If the girl is not interested she will just tell you that she does not do private shows.
Crafty pretty much has it down . Just be respectful when you ask if she does privet shows and remember no means no . I have never had one get mad for me asking and I have hit on well over 50% . Also clubs are 24/7 so ask when they get off , it could happen any time . I often shop at 8/9 AM or 3/4 PM . Never frount money !
It is real common and quite easy to get girls from clubs, particulary if you have some chemistry between you. I've had good success at this over the years.
My preferences is for topless/booze clubs vs nude/no booze (or the Palomino, which I still think is a dump even after checking it out with spinner and IMALLIN).
The 3 oldies are Cheetah's, Crazy Horse Too, and Olympic Gardens. The newer clubs are Sapphires, Scores (was Jaguars), Treasures, Sin, Seamless, and Hidden Secrets. Other possibilities are Spearmint Rhino, Club Paradise, Striptease, Pleasures with the following not worth the effort (Play It Again Sams, Library (cause it's too far unless you're on the Boulder Strip), Larry's Villa, and Girls of the Glitter Glutch.).
If you go nude, Little Darlings, Deja Vu (both are same owners), and Sheri's Cabaret (cause of the remodel/expansion) are worth checking out.
Lots of other clubs that I probably passed over.
For the most part, you have to be willing to work at persuading a dancer to leave the club (generally they won't until the end of their shift) and catch up with you later. Dancers are notorious for being flaky so paying in advance is ill advised. A lot of dancers have a high opinion of themselves so rates/services tend to be less customer friendly than a good indie. Of course, YMMV and you might get lucky and find the rare dancer that's desparate for a little extra cash. Since you're in Vegas, might be worth a gamble. Just don't expect to win since the odds are in the house's favor.

What Bob says is quite true, dancers are VERY flaky in general but if you like to play this game it can be rewarding, though you will almost for sure pay more thatn you would with one of the Indies from here, but like I said it can be a lot of fun too.
CLubs I have done well with are O.G.'s, Sapphire( big time with one babe), Treasures ( we did it IN the club the first time; she got so hot she started pawing at my zipper) saw her for almost a year outside the club. The management at Treasures is very friendly and easy to get to know. One girl at CHToo came up to me and said " she wanted to go home with me" LOL, figured it was a ploy to get dances, but she meant it. Glitter Gulch is a total rip off air dance club and it seedy. Sheri's, night be worth looking at thouhg I have not been there since they remodeled, though I might check it out next week when I am tere as a friend of mine is a manager their and keeps asking me to stop in.
Think it has to do a great deal with hitting it off with somone unless they are like the CHToo girl.. Best times IMHO are not the weekends, and I never go to Vegas on weekends since it is more relaxed and business is a bit slower all around,
