I had a odd thing happend this AM, on two ocassion my computer just stoped working. It was like a power outage, when there was no power outage. I've got my compute plugged into a APC back up unit, which didn't indicate power had been lost The power on all else in the palce was/is fine.  Has any one else ever had this happen???

It's a message from the almighty telling you to go outside and enjoy the weather (really):

Hmmmm, not sure if I buy this as I was at the time getting ready to go to work :)  We have had a nice winter, but sadly I've not been able to get out and enjoy the weather much as both my knees have been killing me.  For Vegas standards you would be like he's crazy that 20 to 35 is warm, but for Fairbanks in March that's real nice.

I was referring to the auroras that will be visible 20-22 (or further) in your area. I've always wanted to see one in person. Fairbanks is a great place to witness rare atmospheric anomalies. If you haven't guessed, I'm really into star gazing.

They are awesome!!!  The best ones I ever saw were about 12 years ago.  We were hunting on a river off  the Yukon and it was just spectular!!! They covered the whole sky and streched for miles and miles.  The colors were wonderful and you could hear them.

Nope I've got an iMac. It seems to be ok now. I think it just must of been a lose plug in or something like that.

I had a loose power connection, right where the cord plugged into the computer  . Was able to fix it a coupleof ties until it brokie off at the board. So check that before it gets worse.

Lot more expensive if it breaks at the board

It's MSN, they have infiltrated your Imac, they are trying to help the coalition and Gen'l Bill Gates got excited when he heard Iraq and decided to take over all IMac'z.

It's called the "Stalk & Awe" campaign.

The whole idea is to make all Mac's act like Windows.
