Many places that are offer pickup and delivery are not on that list. There are too many of them to count, my favorite Italian place Brooklyn's Best being one of them. It might be best to call your favorite place first. You might be surprised. It would be a nice gesture to support then now if you can still afford to. I saw on the news last night that one place was offering 50% off for seniors ( I don't remember where), so it would be good the check around.

If I ever order in I like using the app Postmates. It’s easy and accessible to use. Plus you can also see the list of ones that are still open. They deliver or you can pick it up.

I know that we in "this little world" tend to be very generous, but especially now, please tip your delivery drivers, and in your delivery notes, be precise about how to find your house, make sure the guard at the gate knows you're expecting a delivery, let them know where to leave your delivery, etc...

I'm a cash person, so I leave an additional cash tip under the doormat for deliveries.

I think some apps reveal what your tip is ahead of time, and once food is delivered, you cannot change the tip.  Others allow tipping after the delivery.

Here is a link most of us have likely seen, but if not,  it's how to safely bringing food into your home, whether from a grocery store or fast food/pickup.
