Why does the search function for providers work most of the time, but not others?

Example-I did a search for reviews for Icy Yujin and the result was no matches. I clicked on Icy Yujin's message below and her link to her reviews, and quite a few came up. There are a few others this happens to and as a newbie I'm kind of spinning trying to sort through the good from the bad.

Always make sure you change "Exclude bad websites" to NO.

Be sure and select the correct city. But if that doesn't work select the city field blank. (top most selection)

Notice Yujin's home city is Miami... when I select a blank for the city and "Yujin" for the name her profile came up just fine.
