It's not the best but Todai's is a decent place to check out.  It's in the shopping part of the Alladin.  If you drive or get dropped off, the entrance is on Harmon, east of the strip.  There's a valet there for that entrance (vs the self park/valet in back).

Rio has a good one it's 26-27 per person (I think). Rampart Casino has one on Thursdays but its way off the strip (near my house). However I can't eat seafood anymore :-(.

There's no contest.  Rio is where you should go.  Yes, it is pricey, but when you see the quantity and quality of the food, you will understand the price.  Bon Appetit!

My thoughts exactly!! Best one I've seen in Vegas and I love seafood!!

Best for selection:  The Rio wins hands down.  If you're new to the hotel, it is NOT inside the main buffet, but rather on the opposite side of the casino at far end of the shoppes.

Best for quality:  Bellagio.  The selection is much smaller and it is served as part of the main buffet, but in this case less is more.
