However, IMO, there is nothing wrong, per se, with an agency. There are many good ones operating throughout the land in other cities... honest people representing good providers. Pretty Maids has a good reputation in LV but it is probably the only agency to ever get there in the eyes of hobbyists.

I have just discovered this whole discussion board thing. I have noticed that I am not mentioned or recommended as much as other providers. Is this because I work for an agency?? I searched providers under rank by performance of girls who have more than 20 reviews and I was at the top. Do people really have that big of a problem with agencies?? I tried 3 agencies and had poor results each time. Usually someone different from the sp pictured on the site showed up. Also there were problems with increasing fees, the stated fees were starting points and more was always asked for once the sp arrived. Now I always go with a known independent and have not had any of the above problems. Are you thinking of going independent? If so, tell us a little about yourself.

I have noticed that Michelles Escorts of Chicago is trying to break in to the Vegas market. They are a superb agency that does a lot of repeat business and by the number of ladies in Chicago who have been with them for years, they must do something right for the ladies. A top indie, Sloan, returned to the Michelle's fold. The rampant agency ripoffs and upselling taint agencies categorically in Vegas, but why can't a good agency start up and get a foothold? In my travels I use agencies and indies about evenly. Why can't the status quo accept change?
My guess is that it comes down to staffing issues. Do you take all cummers so that you have people available when a potential client calls or do you try and weed out all the bad apples and retain a small staff (or no staff) to maintain a good rep? I think finding the right staff is a lot harder in Vegas. And when you have a great independent model that works for a lot of providers here, why even lose a cut to the agencies?
Well, I just took a look at your reviews and you seem to be a busy person.
As far as agencies go, in Vegas they are not to well liked by us because of the probabilty of getting the upsell or getting someone other than we asked for.
Pretty Maids may be one of the only exceptions to the LV "Agency" rule. As long as you continue to provide quality service at reasonable rates, you should do well.
guy calls an agency. Asks for a specific person (or type) he saw on a website.
Agency pages a dozen people to see whose available to go. First one to answer gets sent.
Guy answers the door and finds that the person he asked for is not the person at the door. If he sends her away, repeat with agency paging a lot of people and sending someone.
On the off chance he does go through with it, guy coughs up agency fee up front. Upselling and tip negotiations (if you can call a hand job getting the upper hand) start. Guy figures out how much he has left for tips and gets appropriate service.
Afterwards, guy gets calls from other agency girls who are checking to see if he's still interested.
Given that the quality of the session varies with the person that shows up from the agency (which is usually a poor session) and if the agency has a lot of people on call, the chances of getting the same person twice is remote, agencies aren't looking very favorably in town.
Given that independents make $250-500/hour (less driver/security costs and other expenses) and the good ones make an effort on customer service, they usually come out slightly ahead compared to agencies.
You are not listed on the "Top 27" because you are with an agency. Take Newto's advice, go independent. You don't need the agency, the agency needs you. Agencies do nothing but take your money.

Learned that very quickly. Any girl can show, and the upsell is automatic. Now I only see independents when in town. If desperate, I hit the bars and pick someone up rather than calling an agency.
Jenni , I have read your reviews and sounds like you are trully a great provider who will do anything to please her clients , and that is great .........
BUT , let me ask you a question - If this is an agency you work for that means you can leave the agency at any moment you chose. So do you have that freedom ? Can you pick up and leave this "agency" and work on your own ?

of someone like Jenni so she is treated well. She stays with the agency at least for now because they take care of ALL the administrative work and when you're as successfull as Jenni is the administrative work becomes excessive.
Part of being a successful independent is dealing also with the administrative work . As I and other Top Independent Vegas ladies do . We answer out own emails , we book our own calls , we do our own screening , we decide who we want to see ( or not see ) and We go on our appointments ...............I feel the administration is part of my job .
If I was a guy trying to hire a lady I wouldn't want to talk to a guy or a secretary . I would want to talk to the lady I am seeing . I don't want a guy or any other person reading a private email I send to the lady I want to see ............ I want the lady to read it and that she answer me , not some stranger .
Because all of us true independents take the time to do the administrative work ( instead of going back to back to see clients ) that is why we are all very successful .!!
Success doesn't come from seeing so many clients per day or week ........... Someone like that will quickly burn out .
Success is working many years, but yet still able to maintain steady work on a daily base . Success is even after so many years still loving your job and doing it not only because of the money . Success is having regulars through out the years . Success is having the guy feel he is special ( because he is ) Success is taking the time to know the client ( IE email and phone calls ) not him being the 5th guy of the day .
How many actors or singers had success over night , Yeah they were on top for awhile but quickly burn out and where gone ........the real successful actors and singers build their careers slow , kept it steady and were around and still around till this day . They are the legends .

You made some great points Cindy. For me one of the biggest things is the e-mail/phone contact. I like to see what the lady is like before I'll make a date. If I'm not impressed with the e-mail or phone calls I will not see them. I had a recent experince with trying to set up a date with a lady in Anchorage. I was not impressed with her on the phone, her e-mail or the last phone call. So I did not see her.
I want to give a public thanks to all the wonderful ladies I've seen as every one of them has done a great job with e-mails, phone calls and allowing me to get to know them before I see them. So thank you CindySpice, Kit, Jade, Kim, Roxy, Brie, Jackie Jewel, and Asian Jackie. All of these ladies did a wonderful job from the first e-mail and phone call to the date.
I also want to recgonize the following ladies who I have yet to see who impressed me with their response to my e-mails or phone calls, or meeting them at a concert. Logan, January, Lass, Mary O'Malley, Tinababe, Tempting Tia, Devin, and I'm sure there are some others as well who I've talked to who have shown what Cindy is talking about. While I am sure you are a lovely girl, working for the agency that you do or any agency in Vegas will get you exactly zilch on these boards as far as recomendations.
Generally agency girls with 9's and 10's across the board are always suspicious. Expecially when the reviews come from guys who have, either never reviewed anyone before or since, or the only girls they have reviewed belong to Your agency.
If you want to be an independant, i think if you are legit you would do well. But it is hard to garner a good rep when you work for an agency that is a known rip-off.
A gentleman who reviewed me while I was visiting Vegas (I'm from Phoenix) gave me a 9 for performance, and he gave Jenni a 10 when he saw her during the same weekend.
Since I think I do a pretty damn good job, I'm very impressed with her 10.
Also, a Phoenix gentleman who I have met personally gave Jenni a 10 for performance.
So, at least two of her 10 performance ratings are legitimate.
So, I have no doubts Jenni is a great provider.
I hope for her sake she does go independent, not only to get away from the justifiably bad rep of agencies, but because she will make a lot more money which she deserves.
I am not sure what you are speaking of when you say that Pretty Maids is known as a rip-off. I only worked there a short time, and have never heard any body say such a thing. As I have since went independant, I think Pretty Maids is a great place to start, I am very much appriciate all I have learned from working there. I do not know any of the other girls who have worked before me or what thier profiles where like but I just want everyone to know that I left on good terms. NOT because I was wronged
of your own girls, changing names every 5 minutes and posting recomendations to your own posts and being totally dishonest makes an agency (along with the owner) a rip off. Honestly, Jenni you are the only provider within that agency that has ever gotten a good rep. The guys seem to love you to death. This is a good thing.
