I have used PayPal to accept payments for webdesign services and also advertising payments from my Phoenix411 site with no problems for several years now. However, I have seen posts by several providers (and have also known a few, that never posted) that have had their accounts frozen by PayPal for no explanation. Later PayPal claimed suspected fraud was the reason. When Ebay took them over I thought that would be a thing of the past, but has seemed to raise it's ugly head again (have heard of a couple of recent freezing of accounts).
My advise if you use PayPal is to sign up for their premier accounts (business, or whatever they are calling it these days, lol!) and use an account name that would not give anyone the impression that it was adult in nature.
I don't have any knowledge of StormPay at all. Not sure if they are any better or worse in this regard to PayPal.
Read the TOS. I bucked out of my Paypal account the second I read that they no longer conduct transactions for any business that is adult in nature. That's the only reason I got the account in the first place. My opinion? They screwed the entire online adult community, so to heck with them.
