I second that suggestion. Angel especially offers World Class BB Head. Hands down the best and most enthusiastic I have ever experienced from an SP.

The answers you get will be very subjective.  I've not had a bad french lesson from any of ladies I've seen.  Are you looking for untranslated french, or will translated work?  What kind of lady do  you like.   A little more info would be helpful.

Of the ladies I've seen I would suggest you contact Roxy.  There are others as well, I'm going to be meeting Jackie this winter and she has rave reviews.  When I spoke with her about setting up the date she realy impressed me with her personality.  If you like your women bigger Celtic Lass has what you are looking for.  I can't wait to meet her.   Lots of choices in translated as well who have great personlities  CindySpice, Kit, Jade, Brie are ladies I've seen who are real nice and real good.

Devin Taylor! Only draw back is that it is covered :( You can finish with uncovered Russian (my personal favorite) Lass, Leigh and Michelle are good also.
