If you really want no LE and safe sex, drive to Pahrump (or somewhere else in Nye County) and find a brothel. Sex is for sale, it's legit, and all the sex workers there get tested at least weekly.

BTW, if you're on a budget and trolling CL, good luck. I'd keep my hard earned cash and wait til I got home to find someone more reasonably priced. The premium you pay in Vegas is there for a reason. Either you decide to step up and pay the going rate or piss it all away on a hunch (or don't play at all while you're here).
Bob - Thank you for your words of advice. CL was only for trying to understand whats what in your area. Next was looking at web sites to determine whobut the light bulb finally turned on (all 10 watts) and go to TER and ask for assistance.
