I tour Vegas often but normally stay at a hotel off of the strip that has rooms seperate from the Casino and has no security issues. This time I am going to be staying at the Monte Carlo. I want my clients to be able to come straight to my room without any issues. I was told that the Monte Carlo doesn't require room keys in the elevator to get to regular rooms but do they post security at the elevator? I'm not sure which hotels do or do not do this.

Last time I stayed at the Monte Carlo there was no security at the elevator but that was over a year ago. Bellagio has security at the elevators and requires a card key to get on the elevators. The Paris does not require anything.

Hi, MC is cool.  Currently I'm staying there and have several times in the past.  Last night, from midnight on, there was no one in the place.  Even the bar upfront was closed. Email for more info if needed.

on LVB, one can turn into "Monte Carlo way" or so go straight down and hit a large parking structure. plenty of spaces on the third level and a walkway leads to the registration. in fact, I use the Monte Carlo parking structure when I go to the MGM and anywhere else on Tropicana/LVB.
