Traveling to LV next week, and I'm looking for a recomendation for a slim to average, natural (i.e., preferably unenhanced), intellegent, GFE for dinner date...any recomendations?

These ladies come to mind, Jade, Nikki Avalon, Mary O'Malley, and Elaina come to mind.  If you don't mind enhanced, then it opens up a lot more options.

Thanks, I guess I should say that enhanced is not a problem within reason, I'm just not interested in the DDD, F, etc..., and that was what I was trying to avoid.

I would put Angelina Amour on the list - she is enhanced, but not overly so.  Very intelligent and great for dinner and later.
