If that doesnt work out you might try Bootleggers on the strip. Its in a little plaza way past all the Casinos. Easy to find. Not too far from the Blue Diamond Exit off the interstate. Good Italian food, mostly southern I think, and there is entertainment as well. The only thing I noticed that made it different from the places on the East Coast were the video poker machines at the bar lol.

...back east style italian eatery-restaurent that has live entertainment....not necessarily accordian, but singer , sing a long or not. any suggestions??

Ok maybe not as good as back east ....... but the closest you can find .

Capozzoli's offers live entertainment Thursday through Sunday with the sounds of Nick DiNapoli & The Redhook Band playing classic Italian hits and Pete Wilcox playing all of your favorite oldies on Mondays & Tuesdays.

So they advertise ............you might want to call to be sure!

I don't recall what music was played when I was there ,  I was too  busy enjoying  my date ;-)

I would avoid Bootleggers.  (My personal opinion) They used to be fabulous when they were on Eastern, but since they moved to a much larger and newer location, the food has gotten quite average, and the service downright bad.  I gave them 3 chances and will not return.   Pannevino on Sunset is excellent but a little pricey.  Some of the best places are the little holes in the wall.  Nora's on West Flamingo is great.  Bucca Di Beppo is truly too commercial.  That notorious tourist trap on Flamingo and the strip (forgot the name) really sucks.  

Good Italian in Las Vegas is truly hard to find.  Anyone else have a thought or two?
