   Well I was contacted by the "limo driver" as well and gave me the same scenario that you described and it is a complete ::SCAM::!!! Have her contact me and tell her not to fall for all the BIG offers that he is making... there are none except for a loss out of your own pocket!!! What will people think of next...

Your mind is telling you something so Be smart and use it

Been contacted several times. After a few weeks  or a month goes by, a new line of BS is created and then it's fishing season again. It is all a scam rip off. I doubt it's LE.
