What would you suggest a girl do to get some exposure in your fine city? Maybe offer a get to know me special? I just would like to be given the opportunity to be one of the girls that ya suggest an out of towner or a newbie to the hobby visit with.
I am truly as sweet as can be and adored by the New Orleans gentlemen. I admit that my reviews on TER are not all glowing, but I promise you that the low scores are gentlemen that I never met with or met with and they were drunk as a skunk due to the fact that New Orleans is known for the action on Bourbon Street (nothing but drinking and stripping goes on).

If you have some false reviews, contact "Staff" and they will investigate and possibly delete the false reviews. If these reviews have been up a while, it may be harder to contest them.
I think the most important thing you can do (and unfortunately the hardest) is to have patience. I have known other providers in your shoes and even though they were well know in their original cities, setting up shop in a new state was almost like being a newbie all over again.
In my brief correspondences with you, you seem like a class act in both your service and as a person. You will surely prosper in Vegas given time for others to get to know you better.

I'm sure that with time, I will be fine...I just love what I do so much and I love meeting new people on a day to day basis...I wouldn't know what to do without my hobbying gentlemen.
Also remember we are about to be in the slowest time of the year for visitors (we local guys are still around but it is the visitors that pay the bills)
...and we've got that humidity that takes your breath away...I'd rather be in Vegas with no humidity and no visitors then here in N.O. gasping for air.
If you're going to call Vegas your home base, I'd suggest by making it very clear on your website and posts that you are here for good. Just a cursory look at your website and my guess is that you're still based in New Orleans and there's no information there that you're in Vegas.
On the other hand, if you're just here on tour, make sure your website and posts reflect that information. It also helps that you make clear that you're offering incall services as most providers in town are outcall only. Vegas is a tough town to tour, with all the other local indies and legal brothels less than an hour away, it's difficult to stand out from the crowd. While many indies frown on the practice, you should consider working the casino bars (sorta upscale Vegas version of streetwalkers) provided you don't mind throwing away any kind of verification/references/referrals procedures.
