Yes it's my impression there are a number of well known providers who would prefer not to ever go downtown. I think it's a combination of inconvenient location & not generally as enjoyable atmosphere as most of the strip properties.
Anyone heard of providers that cannot ( or will not) do outcall to a downtown hotel? For any reason, be it personal preference, legal, etc? I just got turned down on a possible meeting with a well reviewed provider and wondered if this at all common.
Most providers will go downtown unless they are incall only. The only other reason why is because they are banned from the property.
Of course, considering the timing, your provider of choice may be booked up and just can't make it. We do have Internext, AVN, and CES going on this week.
I know of a gal who will not go certain properties because of beening banned from that hotel chain. If she sets foot on the property, she can be arrested for tresspassing.

In fact, I'd prefer downtown over the 'strip' anytime. I have lived in this city most of my life. Until I began escorting part time, I hadn't been on the strip for years. I don't mind if I never go there again. Get in touch with me. But first, please check my site. If you like what you find, then contact me.
I have never had a provider refuse to meet me downtown, but a few years ago one provider told me she was hesitant to go downtown. The reason is that Downtown is in the City of Las Vegas with different laws and penalties than the Strip, which is mostly in unincorporated Las Vegas County.
What you mean of course is unincorporated Clark County. There is no "Las Vegas County." I just wanted to clarify that. The laws vary slightly between the two jurisdictions, but law enforcement in both is performed by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, i.e. "Metro."
Yes, thanks for the correction. I spaced out on Clark County for some reason.
I had heard (a few years ago) that if the cops bust a lady for prostitution in Las Vegas proper, she will spend a night in jail, whereas in Clark County she will be freed after booking (and maybe posting bail?).
