Yes, each board has their own moderator although we all cver more than one board. I am out of town at the moment, actually in Vegas Stuck with dial-up and I am checking the boards when I get a chance.

New posters to the board and those that don't post often start out moderated. All their posts have to read by the moderator before being approved to go to the board. Moderation usually last about a month, until the moderator gets a feel for your posting style.

Moderation is also used for problem posters and to keep track of the ladies posting to the boards.
