I posted this a week or so ago and got no response, so I thought I'd be persistent and try again.
I am visiting with my favorite provider for a couple of days in early July, and she has a fantasy of joining the 'mile high' club on a helecopter. None of the tour companies will allow us to do this outright (I called 6 or 7 of them and asked because it is not fair to just spring it on the pilot).
At this point I think my only possibility is to just go with the company that seemed to be the most agreeable (they at least thought about it before they denied me), buy out the entire 'tour' (which I would have done anyway), and just go for it and hope the pilot doesn't get too upset.
Anyone have any insight or suggestions for my plight? I'm really hoping that at least one pilot is a TER member !!!!!!!
I'd want to be really sure that the pilot wasn't going to be upset before I found myself landing inside a ring of swine-mobiles. Probably unlikely, but if it happened, it could be considered lewd behavior and that isn't a nice one to explain to family and future employers.
Good luck. Hope not to read about you in the news.
