Hotel security near the guest elevators is never really a problem.  You have a couple choices:

1) Meet your "date" on the casino floor or bar somewhere.  The two of you pass security while flashing your room key and go up to your room.

2) She can have security call up to your room to be asked to continue past security.

Personally, I think you're better off with the first option.

I will be in Vegas late in May and was wondering about hotel security at Caesar's Palace. Has anyone had trouble there?

I* personally have never had a problem at Ceaser's I don't think they staff security at the elevators!!!!
