I have had some girls contact me about joining the web site.  My general rule is that she must have at least 5 reviews with a performance average of 7+.  I have been turning girls away and I am wondering how flexible my rules should be in your (the clients) opinion?  I want to have standards so that you are confident that all the girls on the site are quality.

What if a girl has all good reviews, but none of the reviewers has reviewed any other girls?

What if a has all good reviews, but it is known that she has a "manager"?  Not a big, scary one, but a manager nevertheless.  Afterall, it it a fairly well-known fact that Sassy/Callista doesn't even own a computer and is unable to book and screen her own appointments, but we still allowed her on the site.

And what about quality standards?  What if a lady is a bit older, doesn't get high marks in appearance but does for performance and only charges $200?

I never thought of these things until they happened.  Quzi don't start in on me!

5 reviews and a 7+ average seems like minimal standards to me.  Though i am more interested in the knowledge that she is being personally vouched for by you (and the group.
Whether or not she works for or with someone else isn't critical to me, and I don't think that admitting someone to the web site should be based on looks, as they are soooo based on perception.
In my mind, when you add someone to your site you are putting your name on the line by saying in effect, "I am personally familiar with this person, and she lives up to the standards of our group", those standards presumably being based on honesty, reliability, and quality of service.  The details are just.. details.

Every time they no show/no call someone it will reflect badly on the whole group, at least to the occasional visitors who don't quite grasp that you are all truly independent.

If a girl has a "manager" she ceases to be independent.  Your site states that the girls are independent.  If there is a "manager" involved, you would be guilty of false advertising.

If a girl has 5 reviews, but every one is by a reviewer with hers as the only review, I would be very suspicious.  Make sure some of the reviews are by experienced reviewers.

A lady that is a bit older, with high marks in performance, and only charges $200?  No problem there.  Variety is the spice of life, so long as the reviews are good.

Most guys just whimper away with their tails between they legs when girls jerk them around.  Should we start www.TheFlakeReport.com? LOL!  Some of the most popular and well reviewed girls in Vegas have some very flakey moments.  What meets the criteria of a flake?

Let's see........I've know Miss Logan for over 30 years LOL! LJ and Kit since '98.  Cindy Spice since '99.  Devin Taylor since '02.  Sexy Megan and Kayla Kat since '03.  Callista for about a year (Kit has know her longer).  Sweet McKala since August.  Ashley Jade for about a week but she came with a very good reccommendation from a respected TER member.  Mya Chan I just met today (much prettier than her pics) but Kit has known her for years.  So, the only one in question is Adrianna.  Smarty and I were just taking about that today.

Yes, 5 reviews is very minimal.  I am thinking we should change it to 10.  That shows more of a pattern.  Glen at Phoenix411.net only requires 3 good reviews.  There are quite a few things that we are going to to differently than him.

I agree that certain "managers" can be very bad.  But what if she claims that it is just a secretary?  I use a secretary when I am busy. There are other reputable girls around the country who use a secretary to help them with the administrative side of this business.  Callista will probably always need a secretary (and it is not going to be me!) because she will probably never learn how to screen clients.

So where do we draw the line?  What is the deciding factor?

so for someone that will never be able to verify clients, we might as well kiss our butts goodbye..  !LOL

Before adding someone, make an announcement on this board. Something like this :

If there is anyone present who knows of any reason why this woman should not be admitted to our sorority, let them speak now or forever hold their peace.

Then rely on private messages from the timid and board replies from the brave to let you know if she has a history of flakiness. If you start hearing regular complaints about any existing member of the co-op, you collectively kick her ass out.

A "manager" will tell a girl "you will work these days for this many hours and I will schedule you accordingly."  The girl will tell a secretary "I wish to work these days for this many hours, please schedule me accordingly."  It's the supervisor-subordinate relationship that determines it.  A manager is in control of the girl, where as a secretary merely works for the girl.  In plain language, a manager is a pimp!

"Biatch you better bring home a "G" tonight or you'll get your ass woopped"

Someone who just confirmed 1-2 hours ago that they are on their way, but they no show and no call.

Someone who via email/phone has confirmed appointment over the last few weeks but on day of appointment you can not reach them.

Someone who calls to say they can not make it because they had to take a friend to the hospital/Cat or dog died/car broke down/any other excuse.........ok it can happen, but it happened 7 times this month.
