I think this is a first trip for her to Vegas. Only because I have never seen her before.
You might want to try posting on the DC board. That is where she is home based. Here is here DC ERO's ad:

By that it appears she is for real. Since the url on the link indicates she paid for her own ERO's ad. (actually hobbyists pay for it. lol)
She has mixed reviews as you can see. You might want to PM some of those DC hobbyist for futher details. One is a personal friend of mine LNQRbigdaddy. He rated her 8 and 8, so I would put more weight in anything he said than the other unknowns. Check her TER link below.
