tooth...no hands (Handless) bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbj needed, since they outlawed cell phones with multiple ring tones. Any takers?

Am i wandering aimlessly again on this board , on a path to no where? Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction? No pun intended.

some of the GPS navigation systems have bluetooth for that purpose (just to give another distraction to cause an accident).

There a few visor mount ones.  The ear mount one that I've been eyeing is the Jawbone II.

Not sure if it matters but most of the bluetooth stuff only pairs with 1 phone at a time which blows when you have multiple phones to juggle.  So if you have a hobby phone with bluetooth, you might want to check the reviews to see if it works with multiple handsets.
