yes,,I know my personal clam is tasty but I am unable or willing to bake it and it put in 6 shells and serve them ...Wink..: ))

Next time I'm in Vegas, I'll either buy you some or make them for you. I've eaten cavier with you before, but never clams. Regardless of how they taste, they could NEVER be as tasty as yours. And I agree completely - do NOT bake that one!!!

While I'm sure those itty bitty casino clams are tasty, you should try something a bit more man sized like the infamous northwest Geoduck (pronounced gooey duck).  It could be either an appetizer or the main course ........... or both!  LOL

Already mentioned but I have to chime in and second that choice... I love the atmosphere and the Dirty Martini's there... Very Comfy... Geez... we happened to pop in there not too long ago during the WSOP and had to wait 45 minutes just to get a seat at the bar .... something we would never do if it was not so good and there was not a particular dish there we were craving at the time. We were set on it....

IL Mulino of New York in the Forum Shops... This place does not really advertise because they do not have to. Super Rich Clams Casino here...

Carluccios has them also but I have not been there in a long time so you might want to check on that.. (By the way... the one by the Liberace Museum on E. Tropicana closed from what I remember. You need to go to the one on West Tropicana.)

Lakeside at The Wynn has something similar... Nice and Garlicky baked in bacon if you like that... Of course... everything tastes great with Garlic and Bacon... Great place for their Oyster Happy Hour... Ask for Clams Casino and I'm sure they'll make them for you.

Fried Clams... Baked Clams... Steamers... more popular then French Fries where I am originally from...

Maybe someday when you take me in I'll set you up with some fresh pan seared clams in an extra virgin olive oil with red wine and right when they open up from the heat and soak in the olive oil/wine... stuff them with a garlicky breadcrumb filling and throw them in the oven to finish them off... LOL!!

BTW for future reference... any decent restaurant that has fresh clams on their menu (Steamers / Cioppino are a clue along with Oysters Rockefeller) should have a Chef that knows how to make Clams Casino.... so just ask for them even if they are not on the menu.
