I can almost always tell when they're fake, and I don't like that.  Why risk scars or some other complication?  

My vote is natural all the time.

I have fake boobs and I love them. I did not get them because of work or any other reason but that I needed them. I am a mother and of course that takes it tole on you. I felt that my boobs were to small for the rest of my body and I looked out of porportion. You look fantastic and your boobs are very good with your body. But you have to ask yourself the question is it what you will like. NOt what others think. It is expensive and painful but for me it was well worth it. I have a fantastic dr. I say do whatever makes you most happy.  I wouldn't do it for anyone but yourself, though.

I am 1000% satisfied with mine and would definitely recommend them to any girl with an A cup in the adult business who was considering going bigger.

You have a pretty face and I think going bigger would make your figure more proportional and definitely improve your looks overall. Remember, you are selling a fantasy of a sex kitten, and sex kittens aren't flat-chested.

Whenever you see posts about natural vs fake, all the guys will post to say they like real boobs, which is understandable because they hate the hard "bolt-on" look.

However, if you go bigger without overdoing it, your pictures will look great and attract more interest and calls.

Go to any Vegas strip club and ask the girls their opinion. They'll all tell you the bigger breasted girls have more customers and make more money.
