I e-mailed the staff and asked if I could vote for you even thouh you're retired. Unfortunately, they wrote me back and said no.

Staff was very kind and said I could not enter because it was only for active providers. *heavy sigh*  It figures the one contest I might actually had an outside chance of winning or even placing in the top 5...heheh.
