Since they aren't providers...in the TER sense of the word. I haven't written a review. As to how they work, each time I've used them, it's been different. Basically, you tell them what you want, for how long and where and they name a price. They were great at offering suggestions as well...
I don't think that they require you to follow their script. They ask what you want and adjust to that. (If what you want isn't on their menu, they tell you...politely!)
