Hookers are everywhere in Vegas
Red Square Bar in Mandalay Bay is good and so is the main casino bar (Island Lounge).
The Circle Bar at the Hard Rock can be good, too.
The piano bar at New York, New York (The Bar at Times Square); there are tables and a standing area

walk around a casino, they will find you. near slots and bar areas.

a lot of the dancers at Spearmint Rhino are cross roaders...meaning they strip and hook

At the Luxor they congregate at the pay phones outside the men's room on the first floor, northwest of the front desk.

Chico's just past the mgm grand on the strip, its a well known 'totty' hang out .

I have seen them at the bar right when you come in the bellagio

Like I said they are everywhere

Over the years it appears that most of the bars in Casears have them.  In my experience I have been approached numerous times by some lovely ladies of the evening while just minding my own business having a drink at one of the many bars at Caesar's.  But as ever be careful.
