I am thinking about getting a tattoo portrait while I am in Vegas. Is there is a tattoo artist that is the best at doing portraits. I would like to communicate with them before I get there.

One of the BEST tattoo artist in the country Joey Hamilton works at "Club Tattoo" in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, and he just recently won the title of "Ink Master" on the most recent season of the show.

They are amazing.  Also, not on the strip/in a casino, so not unnecessarily expensive.  A great, family-owned business.

The one and only tattoo I got done in Vegas I had done at Precious Slut Tattoo.   The name alone makes it a must go to place!  It's on Charleston heading east, it past the strip.  Off the top of my head  I can't recall the address other then that.   I would as well suggest looking around where you live to get the work done, as Vegas is a spendy place to get tattoo, and I would guess that getting art work done in one of the malls in the casinos would be very expensive. And if it takes more the one sitting you will have to wait to get it all done unless you are going to be in town for over two weeks.

I tried booking an appointment with him via their web site.  Never got a response.  I would imagine he's a pretty popular fellow these days.  But if you can get him it's worth the trouble.
