i made a date with haley hestons agency this past week it was a very last minute date due to a provider cancelling last minute. They had the lady i was looking for i do not know if i should use the name or not haley if you read this story feel free to put it in. In my rush to get a date i failed to specify it was going to be for two hours so low and behold my date showed up our business was completed i kinda realized she had left an hour early but figuring this was vegas i thought i was beat. However i recieved a call about a half hour later from haley herself the provider was apologizing cause she did not realize it was a two hour date haley promised me she would return the money and this morning the money was returned. It is incredible and extremly lucky that there is such an honest service like that in vegas everyone should use haleys service thye are truly the best and me personally will use haleys everytime i come to vegas.
Haley and Todd are awesome. Great service, communication, the whole package. Unfortunately, the girl I choose...well let's just say we didn't click but through no fault of HH. Chemistry is always a hit - or - miss proposition but I will use HH again my next trip.
I had a similar situation happen this last summer with one of HHPC's ladies, although I wasn't as patient as you (see my reviews). I e-mailed Haley as soon as it happened and she called back immediately, explained the mix-up, asked if I still wanted the lady to return (I did), and I ended up with my second hour within about 15 mins of the whole thing going down. Haley is awesome and she runs a great agency!
You should never be afraid to clarify what you expect / want in the hobby; it is, after all, a business proposition at some level. You might not get exactly what you want but you are a customer, after all, so you should feel free to express your expectations / desires.
Absolutely no issue on that front with Haley. She's all about service and making sure you get what you want or as close to that as she can help make happen.
