Vegas doesn't cope well with rain ()

When I was in Vegas recently there was a big storm one night, with heavy rain and thunder and lightning.
I was actually inside the Sin City comedy club at PH during the eye of the storm, but just caught the tail of it when I departed around 8.20pm.
People were taking their shoes off outside the Paris hotel where the water was on the sidewalk.
Could not get into the Bellagio at the entrance across the bridge from Ballys, as water was running into the hotel.

They have caused a bit of disaster , trees came down and a few casinos flooded out last month.
Nice photos , I was watching the lightning storms last night at lake Las Vegas and also got some great photos.
It's away from all the city lights , so it's very nice.
