Thanks so much for the article. I read lots of things on that. I have read mixed reviews on whether they're safe or not. Many articles say that the silicone in the body is unsafe and causes many health problems. Other articles say that they're completely safe. I have also gotten mixed reviews from doctors whom I have spoken to. So it is a difficult decision to make as there are such conflicting ideas.
So I recently found out that my beautiful silicone breast implants need to be replaced. I'm a bit freaked out about having silicone loose in the body. Has any other provider experienced any ruptured? And if it was silicone, have you had any health problems? I'm wondering if I should replace with silicone or go the safer route with Saline... I've known people to say that Saline is hard and very unnatural. However, many of my girlfriends have saline and they're beautiful and feel soft and look natural. Of course many prefer silicone. What's the census out there?
And girls, feel free to private email me or message me if you'd rather not post it publicly. Thanks so much for all your suggestions.
Ok speaking only from a mans point of view, and breasts ive touched... The brand mentor implants are the best ive ever felt, they completely feel real and are amazing!! the ones i have had the pleasure of fondling are silicone but from women ive spoken to they are supposed to be safer than the old silicone implants. looking at their website i guess they offer saline as well. I understand the importance of health as im a health nut, so the real desicision comes down to you. the link below is for the mentor implants, maybe it might help with your decision.. perhaps ill need to try the old, and the new!!!

There aren't many more personal decisions than putting something in your body. Good luck in the decision process and with the surgery. We've never met, but I'll want to see the results.
I have friends here in Ohio that have done this and most all say the same thing its the doctor that matters the most. How good they are at their craft dictates how well they will look. I've seen both done and both can be beautiful and both can go wrong. The new silicone is not the runny substance most remember it is a firmer substance but some still use the old runny kind of silicone too.
Most important I would say is to do your research.
