Nevada is in play as a key state, since almost the big ones (CA, NY, NJ) are pretty much known. This election is going to come down to a small number of states with smaller electorial votes (NV, Colorado, NM, Iowa, NH). The bigger states like Oh and Pennsylvania are pretty much known, but subject to change. Virginia is also in play. To date, OBama has the so called poll advantage, but anything can happen--kerry and gore were also ahead at this state.
I think that PAlin is a very risky , and perhaps BRILLIANT move if it works by McCain or the one of the biggest BLUNDERS in history of politics. Will she pull discontented HILLARY voters? That is the key question. As far as people saying she's an unknown and only 60 some odd days left. MAybe true ten years ago, but in age of internet and INSTANT transfer of knowledge, this is not a pint anymore.
I am willing to give her the benefit of doubt at this point in time. She has a very high bar to pass because she's an unknown. But if Biden rips her apart, then that will backfire (and BIDEN comes across as an angry old white man, so it could happen). If she comes across as too shrew , then she will look like the old Hillary bitch.
