Actually, paypal is a very safe method of transferring $$$. People send money back and forth through them millions of times a month. There is nothing suspicious about that.

There are a few options that do not involve cash, but  

1) I don't do them.
2) paypal is notorious for canceling accounts with funky activity

PLENTY of ladies have made mention that their paypal was froze due to suspicious activity.

I have a PayPal account linked to an LLC company I am the owner of, if you use your provider email or worse advertise on your website that you accept it PayPal has been known to do a webcrawl and freeze accounts associated with adult activity.  

There are so many easier ways to use a credit card other than paypal but if you have an eBay business or just have a lot of existing funds in your account it is workable!

The shrewd provider would be well-advised to consider other alternatives to cash if necessary, such as Visa gift cards, or even that other payment system which I have banned myself from mentioning on these forums.
