Kat has a very good pont I think per booking is the best way to go but sometimes short notice happens if you are trying to per book and don't here anything back. Move on take a raincheck most providers ( that I met are sweethearts) but on the other hand if she gets back late and you tell her she was to late and she gets pissee not good so i can understand both sides of this
So someone has good reviews and a personal website, and you fill out her booking form and send an e-mail. And then you hear nothing. What's up with that? A corollary: Things seem to be going well with a booking, and then radio silence. It is why I always keep The Hobby Shop and 100Proof in my repertoire. But I prefer the fun of independents. Maybe that comes with a certain, shall we say unstructured, response pattern.
just sit around and wait for a request...i would say most of us have busy personal lives ie family, school, other employment, etc...how much time are you giving them to reply to you?
clients often do the same thing to us girl. I have had people fill out my form, conversation with me via email and then bam, they seem to just die off, no more communications and so then i just delete their appt request.
I know personally i do my best to reply to all appointment request within 24 hours of the getting them, because like most, i am not just sitting around on my computer or checking email every 5 seconds on my phone.
I do know at one time my form via my site was not submitting correctly which made it appear i was not replying when in fact i just never got the email.
For me personally If I don't answer it's because either I honestly got busy an forgot or the date is further out that a month for some reason those take me longer to respond to because in my mind I think I have plenty of time to email you back lol
If I don't answer, it's because I'm traveling in an area with sketchy cell/internet service or I'm on vacation or you've said something illegal and any answer could be used against me.
I can not speak for others, but I answer promptly, and make the screening process as painless as possible. I communicate up until the date, show up on time and make our time together a priority in my book! My reviews speak for themselves. I hope you will take a peak and see!
