You should get yourself up there and ride them all asap, then jump off the top.
Don't talk about it. DO IT.

Get the all day pass, which works out really cheap.

You can then ride the three rides as often as you like.
Best to go up during midweek, that way you can virtually hop on each ride with little or no waiting.
Beware going up on a Fri/Sat. I have waited in line 15-20 minutes to get on various rides.

The Sky-Jump is timed, so just book your time, and off the edge you go.
Worth doing once, despite only lasting 17 seconds.
Why? Because its there :-)

I made a video a few years back called Love this Town.

Updated it for the first time in ages, changed around half the photos.

Music is from Bon Jovi, and funnily enough the song is called Love this Town ;-)

Every single photograph was taken by me on my trips to Vegas from 2005 through 2013.

It lasts 6.5 minutes from start to finish, and if you don't want to go to Vegas right now, I guarantee you will after seeing this.

Be sure to have your headphones on, and the sound turned up loud.

If you don't have 6.5 minutes free to waste, move on to the next thread pronto :-)

Hey John cool video I like the photos of all the hot ladies ! I also have been wanting to go on the crazy ride at the top of the stratoshphere Looks like a lot of fun! You definelty seem like someone who knows how to have a good time!

The lady in green, and the group of ladies in black were on the red carpet down at Mandalay Bay for the AVA in Jan of 2008.

The ladies dancing are the Binion Babes.
They used to get up and dance every hour or so on in Binion's casino on the weekends, back around 2007.

Nice! I remember seeing your original version of Love This Town.  The update looks great and it just put into "Vegas mode" for my upcoming trip to Sin City
