My room when I go I usually have a buddy or family member so I can't count on privacy.  Do any girls have apartments or places they do incall at?  Sexy Vanessa did but she moved to Florida.

Station Casinos' properties have really good rates usually.  

There are a lot of advantages to having the outcall encounter on neutral ground rather than incall.  Outcall to a hotel is unlikely to be LE, you can leave all your stuff in your real room and take only $$$ and ID to the date.  While this is probably excessively cautious for using a well reviewed lady, it may allow you to relax more.  

On the other hand, I wonder if the lady might be uncomfortable if your room has no luggage etc in it?  I'd at least mention that I was using another room for the date beforehand.

Yes, many do offer incall but you do need to schedule ahead to give us time to secure an incall location.
