Jenna who? There are several listed. As for Demi, she is listed under two names: Rydell and Raydel, both the same person (same "Cityvibe" ad link) and both have GREAT reviews...multiple great reviews. I have NEVER had to go pay someone waiting and would have bailed just like you did.
If you truly did get ripped off by someone then you should posh a review stating such so the rest of us don't get screwed. That said, everyone has a "bad day" so one bad review amongst many good reviews won't kill a girls income. But if she CONSISTENTLY gets sub-par reviews then "buyer beware".
I don't think Demi ripped you off. Her methods of conducting business is odd to say the least but you really need to meet someone before you review them. Jenna deserves a review apparently!
I have never been a fan of services, but call Zach @ 100 Proof. His girls are true GFE and will NOT rip you off. That method takes the LEAST amount of work on your part and you will be satisfied. I know there are a SHITLOAD of awesome ladies here as well...truly INDEPENDENT ladies that will make your stay memorable.
As always and I am sure others will attest...the " YMMV" will always seem to apply, but sounds like this girl never even met you....

May have been either something you said, the place you are staying...who knows? Hell...kick her an email and ask her why she wanted to do business that way! Can't hurt!
I have been out of this hobby for a while now but decided to call her based on her 3 reviews. Sounded pleasant over the phone, and agreed to come over. An hour later, she texts me and asks if it is ok to run out and give her driver the $$. WTF. Am I being naive to even ask if this is not a ripoff? i texted to cancel and she texted thanks anyways. I checked on the three reviewers for your fair maiden. It seems two of them have only reviewed her and the third some girl in NYC in May. This is not a good pattern to put it mildly.
Her request to go pay the driver? Uh no thats' not going to work. She pays the driver when he picks her up. This is for her safety btw and she would know this.
Demi Rydel may be legit but I'd like some other Kamikazee pilot check her out. I wouldnt, even if she was the only girl in Vegas to tell you the truth.
