A few reasons including but not limited to; The provider asked for them to be taken down, the provider at one time asked for reveiws to be taken down because of retiring then came back and TER thinks she still doesn't want reviews, the provider was delisted thus reviews taken down.
Once your review has been approved and posted it is beyond your control. You no longer have any say in whether it is up or not. Don't worry about it and move on.
I spent a ton of time writing my first review for a provider. Now the reviews for that service have been deleted, including mine. What do I have to do to get my review back up? Why would they delete them. Now there is just less information about them, it doesn't make sense to me.
