I haven't been able to get access to the Provider Only board. I finally emailed TER today and was told I do not participate in the discussion boards enough to be granted access to the Provider board. I sent an email back, stating I participate in the Regional LV board, and also asking what other boards I need to participate in and how often I need to do so. I have yet to hear back from them and was hoping to get some advice on the matter.
A little over a year ago I was very active on the boards, I even won mrs, ter June 2014. I emailed them several times asking how to get access and never once got a response.
That's really weird. Their email said the provider board is unmoderated so they want to see your other posts in order to make sure essentially that they can "trust" you on an unmoderated board. I gave them a hard time about a fake review a while back so I wonder if I've been put on a naughty list or something
Lol. Thanks for your input. I appreciate your response![]()
My experiences have been the Admin here are responsive and fair. Sometimes it takes some time to sort conflicting stories out, but they do the best they can to make fair decisions.
It takes time to get access to that board (due to all the info listed there). Participate all this month on the boards and try again in Dec.
Good Luck!

TER is not a provider friendly forum. While I have no knowledge of why they failed to respond to you, it is not surprising.
This is a website run by men for men ... they take very little care of the ladies...without whom they'd have no business.
They should be careful of that attitude- its a big internet and someone can always reinvent this wheel... perhaps someone already is ;-
. . .the criteria are a combination of objective and subjective. Reviewers must have posted 10 reviews and providers must have received 3 reviews. That's the objective part. Subjectively, they want to see community participation over a period of time on the boards. It may take 30, 60 or 90 days depending on how much you are posting. At least, this is my understanding from having gone thought it myself.
I just kept posting in different boards till I got access.
...There was a guy in L.A. who desperately wanted to join the R.O. board and was told he didn't post enough. So he started posting like crazy in order to get accepted to the R.O. board and he eventually was allowed in
Oh I had the same issue, because at the time I lived with a hobbyist. Even when I moved to another state it was an issue. There doesn't really seem to be a solid criteria or any solid set of rules, and they don't ever really specify their reasoning. And there are rules that only seem to apply to certain ppl. I gave up and quit wasting energy. The main reason I wanted to access the providers only board was to alert providers of information regarding le and a bad client. But apparently the safety of other providers wasn't a good enough reason. Lol smh. Whatever....
I tried to join as well and I was told to post more often so that's what I'm going to do since I really crave a place to share experiences with and ask questions to providers! We can do this together ladies!
