Participate in BBBJ or DATY. It is a CBBBJ and no DATY at all. it is really what the provider and hobbyist are comfortable with. I am low volume but and still careful about my safety and the hobbyist's as  well. No reason not to be. Just my two cents.

What about contaminated food?  

If you're concerned about safety, request CBJ and protected DATY.  Many providers will accommodate your wishes.  Or, you could head out to the legal brothels where the use of condoms are mandatory by law and the girls get tested weekly for STDs ...but there's a high price to be paid for it being all legal and safe

Daty and BBBJ are the two safest unprotected things you can do. I have friends who have done hundreds if not thousands of girls and never caught anything. Even if you do you can always get rid of it with penicillin, except herpes. There has NEVER been a case of anyone catching AIDS in the U.S. from oral alone (reference is: The Myth of Heterosexual AIDS a book written by the former head of the AIDS division of the CDC). This is not true in some African countries where the AIDS strain is a little different and more potent. Of course unprotected intercourse and anal are a different story, the latter being the most dangerous. Actually because AIDS is an anerobic (sic) virus it is more fragile than you might guess (needs a direct fluid to fluid -usually blood transmission avenue) and you need a certain shot of it. One AIDS virus transmitted to you will not give you AIDS.
