Thanks Miss Marie! Very useful info. I think the other draw back may be VIP seating. Some come with champagne or special screens. None the less a great value at $60 a year.
 :)

I have seen Absinthe a few times and I really like it.  The first time I saw it, it became my new favorite show in Vegas in spite of fearing being hit in the face by the rollerskating act lol.  (They are amazing, by the way!)

A good friend of mine is coming to visit next week and we're planning at least one show.  He hasn't yet seen Absinthe and neither of us has been to R.R.L.  The reviews on Yelp are decent but I'm still confused about getting tickets for just the show, or dinner AND the show, or just dinner or...?  Some of the reviews also note that there are still a few glitches with the R.R.L. so...

Anyone here been to both shows?  Any input before we purchase tickets?

Thanks and cheers

I have been to RRL and it was awesome. Had a great time. I went about 1 month after it opened and yes, there was some glitches, but I feel by now, it should be great. It's a fun experience and like no other show/place in Vegas. Do the show and dinner!

One of our "Lady Concierge's" mentioned this show a month or two ago.   I've read a bit about it and still can't quite get a handle on the concept.  I get the impression there's multiple options that include pre-show drinking, the actual show and then post-show dinner.

BTW, I see the "Bubble Lady" of Absinthe has resigned from the show.  Always thought it would be fun to join the "Bubble Club"!  LOL

Do you have a subscription to this site?
I love it.
I caught it when they were running the buy one year get the next free. It's $60 (I think.. Give or take) and they release tickets for shows. Some awesome (Maroon 5 - both New Year's Eve shows), some pretty darn cool (Jabawockeez) and then some that are on there for a reason..
Anyway, RRL has been on there since it opened.
If you grab a subscription now you could check it out before your date..
You can't see the same show in a months time, that's the only downside.

I would look in to it either way.. It really has helped on some of my bored nights here when I would have just stayed home. :)

It is a much different experience as far as the venue.

You may have dinner , then go into the show or go to the show and then have dinner.
There's also a bar if you just want to have cocktails .

It's a great show , but absinthe is still my naughty favorite.

P.s the midnight show is only $30.00 :)

Thank you, that's good to know and kind of exactly what I need to know about RRL!

We bought our tickets for Absinthe so I get to enjoy it for the 10th time and I say that w/o sarcasm...I love seeing how shows evolve over time!

Cheers!
