hello all, I  was talking with provider last month in vegas, she mentioned  something about  a meet and greet first week  of  November  Halloween week ??   any info would be great thanks

I just clicked on the link but it just went to a page that only had the date. I ws unable to get further info or register. I would like to attend. Can someone further advice?
