I know that the ladies tend to stay away from perfume for obvious reasons (even though I love a little on their neck and ankles) but for the most part I don’t as I feel I may offend them.  

Use it to try to cover up funk smell & don't take a bath in it.I have a major major being clean and smelling good fetish

As long as it is not an overpowering smell.Few of my favorite men's colognes Polo Black and Le Male.
IMO nothing wrong with wearing cologne as long as it does not make my eyes water.lol!

So what is a really great cologne? I think a lot of us guys would like to know!!!

as its a case by case situation.
As for me, I love perfume and would be happy if my date put it on with a sponge . It drives me crazy..lol..

but also smelling good from a cologne can be a huge turn on...... Well for me.
Problem is a certain cologne may smell great on one person and smell different on another person.
As one's body chemistry and natural smells change the way a cologne can smell.

But in general if you are wearing something that smells yummy enough to eat ( like vanilla or something sweet )

I love anything by Armani, but Acqua de Gio especially, anything by Dolce and Gabbana (but specifically, Light Blue) and I really like Issey Miyake for men.  There are so many, I could go on!

Here this may help.

Polo is great the original in the green bottle,black,and the double black.
I also have to agree on the Issey Miyake I don't know how I forgot that I have loved the cologne on a man for so long.Just no lagerfeld,old spice,or tabu lol!woo...those are stinky!

I dont mind at all as long as its not too much.  I like a wonderful smelling man!  It turns me on!
